This is a Caprock brand clear quartz sleeve that is compatible with the STERILIGHT QS-810 quartz sleeve but not made by Sterilight . The sleeve is open at both ends and 845mm about 33.3 inches x 23mm x 20mm. Two O-rings are included for proper installation.
